Starbucks adds layer to social media efforts

Mashable.com: Starbucks is taking its strong presence in social media to the next level by including offline marketing challenges for consumer participation. According to New York Times reports, thefirst person to post a photo of one of the company's new marketing posters will win a prize. NYT also notes that the company is planning a YouTubecontest for employees, where they get to design the ads.
