Shake Shack's renovated Covent Garden opening this week

The renovated Shake Shack Covent Garden in London will celebrate its 'second' opening on Thursday, March 28.

The re-opening event, which will begin at 1 p.m., features a 100 caramel bourbon shake give-way, according to a press release. The location first opened in 2013 and was London's first Shake Shack location.

The revamp features a new design as well as new menu items such as the caramel bourbon shake and a vanilla frozen custard blended with caramel and bourbon.

The first 100 guests will also receive a limited-edition collaboration t-shirt and tote bag, featuring designs from artist Rich Fairhead. 

The store redesign features white oak and Carrara marble, for a lighter and brighter color palette.
