SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Samurai Sam's Teriyaki Grill opened two franchised locations in the capital city of San Salvador.
Samurai Sam's is a fast-casual Asian concept owned by Kahala Corp.
The new restaurants opened this fall at Centro Comercial Multiplaza Panamerica and Metrocentro San Salvador, the largest shopping mall in Central America.
Area developer Saul Padilla is projecting opening another three restaurants in 2006 with further expansion planned for 2007.
