Salsarita's launches ‘Cinco for Cinco' promotion

CHARLPOTTE, N.C. — Salsarita's Fresh Cantina is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a special Cinco promotion. From May 1-8 a large burrito, large quesadilla, nachos, taco salad or Mexican pizza is $5. Salsarita's is working with strategic partner Coca-Cola to execute the promotion.
"Cinco de Mayo is a chance to honor the memory and bravery of the Mexican soldiers who fought for their country and an opportunity to celebrate Mexico's culture," said Paul Mangiamele, president and CEO of Salsarita's Fresh Cantina."As a fresh-Mexican concept, Cinco de Mayo is the prime opportunity for us to celebrate with our guests, increase trial and showcase our unique-flavored menu items at discounted prices."
