Groupon Inc. has announced a partnership with Quiznos to launch its biggest deal to date. The discount is aimed at creating repeat customers at the sandwich chain, and entails a punch card for eight sandwiches or salads for half price.
This is about a $50 deal, according to Chicago Business.
The discount will be offered to all of Groupon's e-mail subscribers, about 38 million, and is good at more than 2,100 Quiznos locations nationwide – about half of the chain's system. It was negotiated by Quiznos' parent company QIP Holder LLC.
Also with the deal, Quiznos aims to introduce new products, attract new regulars and specifically tap into the female demographic.
