Advertising Age: Pittsburgh Qdoba franchisee Chad Brooks noticed when the coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins came in for his "lucky burrito" before every game. Soon players were joining him.As the final week of the Stanley Cup playoffs neared, Brooks contacted his ad agency Gatesman Marmion Drake to develop a campaign. The company quickly created a Facebook fan page and then started posting tweets about the coach's pre-game habit on Twitter. Local and national media picked up on the campaign, resulting in a 20 percent same-store-sales gain during the two-week promotional window from the viral campaign.
