Bruegger's Bagels has launched its new summer menu, adding two new menu items and bringing back some seasonal favorites, according to a company press release.
Offerings include:
- Back Bay Egg Sandwich: A hearty sandwich with egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, tomato, pickled red onions and smoked salmon cream cheese, all on a poppy seed bagel.
- Bacon & Blue Burger Melt: A bagel topped with 100-percent beef patty topped with peppered bacon, blue cheese, Swiss cheese and apple cider coleslaw.
- Pretzel Bagel: Salty and crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, it can be enjoyed as part of any sandwich, or with a simple side of mustard, ballpark style.
- Whipped Blueberry Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt: Adding yogurt to the mix gives the cream cheese a lighter, easier-to-spread texture with four times the protein and 50 percent less fat.
- Island Coconut Iced Coffee
"Our summer menu features creative versions of our most cherished menu items, alongside the classics that our guests keep coming back for as the temperature heats up," said Bruegger's Bagels Vice President of Marketing Judy Kadylak. "This seasonal spin on tradition shines through every time we introduce new menu items."
