Pork & Mindy's debuts menu items, restaurant design

Pork & Mindy's was developed by Food Network Star and Executive Chef Jeff Mauro and recently launched a Chicago location, as well as a kid's menu, according to a press release.

"We couldn't be more excited about the new menu items and prototype store design at the flagship Chicago location," Mauro said. "Pork and Mindy's is all about showcasing art through food, and our new menu and look does just that, giving guests even more reasons to experience our creative BBQ and unbeatable atmosphere."

As a father, Mauro knew that a kid's menu was a necessity, and he stocked it with a classic grilled cheese and breaded pork nuggets. His Chicago restaurant also features an interior designed by local Chicago multimedia fine artist, Tracee Badway, according to the release.
