June 7, 2009
ATLANTA — Radiant Systems Inc. has announced an agreement with Pollo Campero to standardize its U.S. operations on MenuLink Labor and MenuLink Inventory.
"Soon after one of our franchisees implemented MenuLink, we realized the bottom-line benefits first-hand," said Rodolfo Bianchi, vice president of operation services at Campero USA Corp. "We selected MenuLink because it provides us with the necessary tools to measure, analyze and report on food and labor costs, which will significantly help us gain better control of our operations."
Pollo Campero also plans to deploy MenuLink Labor, the labor management back office application, and MenuLink Inventory, the inventory and food cost management back office application in its franchise and company-operated locations of its Campero USA business. The combination of comprehensive labor and food cost management tools will help the global restaurant chain to optimize scheduling, forecasting and financial reporting.
