Planet Smoothie launches new flavors

ATLANTA — Planet Smoothie has launched three new flavors in a limited-time offer: Groovy Granny Apple, Way Out Watermelon and Outa Sight Orange.
The "Extremely Far Out Flavors" will be available in all 124 Planet Smoothie and Planet Smoothie Cafe stores on April 17, alongside such favorites as Grape Ape, 2 Piece Bikini and Thelma and Louise smoothies, according to a news release.
The Planet Smoothie and Planet Smoothie Cafe menus offer 30 different smoothies ranging in low fat, low calorie, low carb, low sugar or high protein. The release said Extremely Far Out Flavors promotion will last until August 1, and the smoothies will be available in 22 oz, 32 oz and 44 oz size. The starting cost and will be $3.99 for the 22 oz smoothie.
