Pei Wei launches mobile app

Getting a Pei Wei fix on the go just got a whole lot easier, thanks to the chain's mobile app, which is now available in the App Store and Google Play.

The Pei Wei app offers guests a seamless way to view the menu and customize their meals, then order and pay through the app's interface, allowing guests to simply pick up their food and go, according to a company press release. Guest personalization comes to life when creating a flavor profile according to tastes, and the app also allows users to recall their order history and update their carts with favorite dishes, said Pei Wei Chief Marketing Officer Clay Dover.

"The goal is to make Pei Wei an even more convenient option that fits into people's busy and active lifestyles," he said. "As we continue to grow our business, we're looking at operational features as progressive as our menu options."

Guests who download the app can also access their Pei Wei rewards program. By showing the app on their smartphone to the cashier, they can immediately earn points or redeem rewards, with all reward activity being tracked.
