Pei Wei Asian Diner intros Thai Dynamite

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Pei Wei Asian Diner has introduced its Thai Dynamite — a limited-time dish available as a salad or an entrée.

The Thai Dynamite Salad combines a choice of crispy shrimp, chicken, or pork, wok-cooked in a sauce blend of soy, Sriracha chile and fresh lime, and served on a mix of seven baby greens, rice noodles, carrots, crisp long beans, chopped tomatoes, Japanese cucumber and Thai basil tossed in a Thai Sweet Chile dressing. Chicken or Pork can be ordered for $6.95; Shrimp is $7.95.

The Thai Dynamite Entrée is offered with a choice of shrimp, chicken or pork, wok-seared with scallion sticks, carrots, red bell pepper and Thai basil to create a smooth smoky flavor. The dish is served with a choice of white or brown rice. Chicken or Pork can be ordered for $7.50; Shrimp is $9.00.
