Panda Express to launch Peppercorn Shrimp LTO

Panda Express is debuting its new Peppercorn Shrimp limited-time offer, its boldest and creation to date. Peppercorn Shrimp will be available Feb. 15 through April 10.

The menu item features marinated shrimp, asparagus, chopped yellow onions and sweet red bell peppers tossed in a signature sauce made from Thai green peppercorns and Asian spices.

To celebrate its entrance onto the menu, Panda Express will offer a free entrée serving of the Peppercorn Shrimp dish to Facebook fans Feb. 22, which also is the first day of Lent. Guests who “like” Panda Express on Facebook can download the free entrée coupon, which will be available on Feb. 15.

“We constantly search for new and exciting flavors to share with our guests,” said Andy Kao, executive chef at Panda Express. “With its premium ingredients and bold flavors, we truly believe that Panda Express’ Peppercorn Shrimp will be loved by our guests.”
