Noodles & Company launches asparagus dish, video

DENVER — Noodles & Company has introduced its Linguine with Fresh Asparagus bowl at restaurants across the United States. The dish features asparagus spears, roma tomatoes and linguine tossed in a light sauce of olive oil, butter, lemon, balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs topped with parmesan.

The restaurant posted video footage on its Web site, promoting asparagus as a star, followed by a visibly disgruntled trio of supporting vegetables.
