Called La Espuela, which is Spanish for ‘the spur,' it will be a fast casual Mexican concept featuring tortilla soup, beef and chicken enchiladas, and Reata's legendary tenderloin tamales, among other dishes.Patrons will walk up and order, with dining tables for 80 to 100 people available on a first-come, first-served basis. To-go orders will have their own window. Meals will cost about $10.‘We are confident their new Mexican concept will add tremendous value as a fast casual dining alternative,' said Brad Barnes, the Stock Show's executive vice president and general manager.
