New Einstein Bros. location first to serve dinner

Local husband and wife team, Jon and Yvonne Kidder, have opened the newest Einstein Bros. Bagels location in Farragut, Tenn. It is the chain's first location to serve dinner and marks the second Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant for the couple,who plan on opening three additional restaurants throughout Knoxville, London and Anderson counties. The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday until 8 p.m. and will close at 4 p.m. Sundays.

In celebration of the new location, Einstein Bros. will host a four-day grand opening event with giveaways beginning at 5:30 a.m. on April 10. Highlights of the grand opening event include:

April 10-13: Guests have a chance to win a Kindle Fire with each purchase with one raffle drawing at the end of each day. The winners will be announced April 13.
April 10: Ten Bagel Toss winners will be awarded one free coffee a week for one year. Additional prizes include backpacks, T-shirts, travel mugs and more.
April 11: Ten Bagel Toss winners will be awarded one free bagel and shmear a week for one year. Additional prizes include backpacks, T-shirts, travel mugs and more.
April 12: Ten Bagel Toss winners will be awarded one free breakfast a week for one year. Additional prizes include backpacks, T-shirts, travel mugs and more.
April 13: Ten Bagel Toss winners will be awarded one free lunch a week for one year. Additional prizes include backpacks, T-shirts, travel mugs and more. Random acts of free food will take place at the drive-thru. Meanwhile, four Kindle Fire winners will be announced.
