Manhattan Bagel is rolling out a new deli classic, the Pastrami Reuben, to its menu nationwide.
“We are constantly reinventing our menu to be at the leading edge of what fast casual bakery customers want,” said Jeff O’Neill, chief executive officer and president of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Manhattan Bagel’s parent company. “With every new sandwich we roll out, we are one step closer to becoming the ultimate deli destination.”
Seen as a staple along the East Coast, Pastrami is making its way to the top of Manhattan Bagel’s lunch menu. The new Pastrami Reuben consists of warm sliced pastrami topped with melted Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, mustard and sauerkraut in between two pieces of lightly toasted marble rye bread.
The item joins Manhattan Bagel’s menu that includes 15 flavors of authentic boiled and baked NY-Style bagels and a wide variety of cream cheeses, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, fresh salads, hearty soups, and fresh baked goods.
