Managers waste food no more: HotSchedules and BiRite announce partnership

HotSchedules and BiRite Foodservice Distributors have announced a partnership intended to help restaurant and hospitality managers accurately order and monitor inventory. Managers can now receive BiRite products through HotSchedules inventory, according to a release.

HotSchedules is an application that allows food cost management via mobile device. The app relies on POS integration to track inventory based on sales.

The partnership allows users to view their BiRite catalog, complete with tracked inventory, in order to place orders with one tap, as needed.

"For us, it's an honor to launch this new service with BiRite because they are highly respected in the foodservice industry," said HotSchedules CEO Anthony Lye. "They understand that consumers want fresh, farm-to-table foods, and through this integration, they're making it simple for restaurants to order often and with minimal waste. We hope to work with distributors like them throughout the U.S."
