Mama Fu's Asian House taps industry veteran for VP

Mary Orlando has been appointed senior vice president of operations for Mama Fu's Asian House.

With a history of over 23 years in restaurant operations, Orlando spent the previous 10 years as vice president of operations for Noodles &d Company. In that role, she was responsible for 140 corporate stores. Orlando opened seven of nine new markets and was involved in advancement of the catering program.

"Mary's impressive background and strong leadership skills will be a huge asset for Mama Fu's. Her experience, passion and vast knowledge of the industry make Mary the perfect fit to lead operations as we continue to grow and refine the Mama Fu's brand,” stated Randy Murphy, CEO, in an announcement.

Throughout her career, Orlando was director of operations with Souper Salad, served as regional vice president of Einstein Bros. Bagels, and was regional vice president of Friendly’s Ice Cream Corp.
