London's restaurant industry struggles

"It is very tough right now to find people in this industry," said Jodie Mehlenbacher, manager at aLondonrestaurant. "It is hard to keep people, and even when we find them, the work ethic is sometimes not there. They are here a week and they start coming in late and without their uniform."
