KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot has partnered with restaurant technology company Deliverect to handle third-party delivery order aggregation and menu management across its more than 140 U.S. restaurants, the companies announced Monday.

The partnership will route orders from third-party delivery marketplaces directly into each location's point-of-sale system while giving KPOT centralized control over menus across every channel and restaurant. That means pricing changes, item availability updates and other menu edits can be pushed out network-wide from one place instead of being updated store by store or app by app, according to a company press release.

KPOT has expanded rapidly since opening its first restaurant in 2018, growing into a 140-plus unit franchise chain known for combining Korean barbecue with all-you-can-eat hot pot in an interactive dining format. That growth has made it harder to keep digital ordering consistent across locations, particularly on third-party marketplaces where menu accuracy affects the guest experience.

Victor Chow, senior vice president and partner at KPOT, said in the release that the Deliverect partnership gives the franchise network the operational stability and central control needed to manage third-party orders effortlessly.

Deliverect VP Noah Hayes said standardizing third-party ordering across KPOT's footprint is critical for maintaining consistency at scale, according to the release.

Deliverect connects digital ordering channels to in-store operations for more than 85,000 restaurant locations worldwide, using an API-first platform with over 1,000 certified integrations. The company said it processes 30 million API calls a day and has powered more than 1.5 billion orders to date. It's also the only digital ordering platform to earn DoorDash's "Excellent" integration rating, according to the company.

KPOT is continuing to add locations across the U.S. as it expands its franchise model nationwide.
