HuHot heats up Facebook with gift card promo

For one day only, HuHot Mongolian Grill is having a Facebook Fire Sale on their gift cards. HuHot will give a $20 gift card to the first 200 people who purchase a $50 gift card using a promo code available only athttp://www.facebook.com/huhot. The promotion is valid Dec. 13 for online gift card purchases only.

Last year this offer increased online gift card sales more than 700 percent compared to the average daily purchases during December.

"This year we plan to beat that because we now have more than 73,000 Facebook fans," said Andy Vap, CEO of HuHot Mongolian Grills LLC. "It's an unbelievable deal, especially because in-store you get $20 free but you have to spend $100."

HuHot will continue to offer its free $20 gift card with a $100 gift card purchase in all 34 locations through the end of the year.
