Gelato chain launches holiday flavors

Dallas-based Paciugo Gelato Caffè, best known for Italian gelato, is introducing holiday-inspired flavors, including Peppermint Chocolate Chip Gelato, Candy Cane Hot Chocolate and a Peppermint Chocolate Chip Gelatte, a gelato-infused latte, according to a company press release.

Paciugo gelato is made with whole milk versus cream, resulting in 70 percent less fat and fewer calories than ice cream, according to the company. Paciugo also offers water-based, fat-free sorbets, soy-based gelato and no- sugar added versions of gelato.
