Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill launches real-time loyalty program

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill has announced the launch of its real-time loyalty program. All guest loyalty rewards and points are now loaded directly to Very Important Bean (VIB) loyalty cards enabling card holders to redeem offers in real-time.

The real-time loyalty program eliminates coupon receipt vouchers and automatically stores all gifts and points earned by dining at Garbanzo on the guest’s VIB card.

“Rewarding guest loyalty is a valuable part of our customer service program,” explains Alon Mor, Garbanzo founder and CEO. “Making the reward process as easy as possible is essential, which is why we moved from a voucher system to a real-time loyalty program that allows earned rewards to be directly loaded and redeemed via our VIB card.”
