For loyalty and customer engagement software provider, Paytronix, there's a kind of four-part litmus test that great brand loyalty programs must pass: program design, simplicity, rewards and engagement. In an hourlong free webinar, Paytronix Content Marketing Lead Terri Burton put the Dunkin' DD Perks loyalty program through the Paytronix paces, so to speak.
The presentation covered a little of everything, including some of the nitty-gritty details of the DD Perks program, as seen and experienced through Paytronix three-member Data Insights team, who lived and breathed the loyalty plan daily as research for the presentation. Their insightful findings uncovered how Dunkin's "treats" different customers with varying types of purchasing and engagement incentives.
