Bambu's, a Vietnamese-inspired beverage shop, has opened its first drive-thru in Denver at 2215 S. Broadway St., according to a company press release.
The star of the menu is Chè — a coconut-based drink, layered with various combinations of homemade taro paste, beans, jellies, red tapioca, basil seeds and exotic fruits — but customers may also order a number of other beverages, including Cà Phê Sữa Dá, a rich Mocha blended Vietnamese coffee with coffee jellies.
"Having a drive-thru for Chè is something that has never been done before, and we are thrilled to bring this innovative concept to the community of SoBo," Marc Geman, CEO of Bambu Franchising LLC, which owns the Denver Bambu.
Customers may order, pay and schedule a pickup time online or choose to pickup from the location's parking lot or walk-up window.
"We are excited to be open in the Denver community and to be bringing our original Chè, crafted coffees, thick creamy smooth fruit smoothies, and bubble teas to local residents who are looking for unique and new types of drinks," Geman said. "We are thrilled to be able to share our Vietnamese culture and drinks with a new community and in a more accessible way.
Founded in 2008 and franchising since 2015, Bambu has 60 units and 15 in development in 22 states and Canada.
