Fazoli's salutes Franchisee and Supplier of the Year

Texas-based PastaQuik and Southern Bakeries are recognized for achievements.

Fazoli's recognized its top franchisee and top supplier during the annual National Brand Conference in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Mark Crayne of Texas-based PastaQuik, LP accepted the Franchisee of the Year award for the second consecutive year, while Southern Bakeries, LLC was named Supplier of the Year.

PastaQuik's Amarillo, Texas, location posted the highest sales volume among all Fazoli's restaurants in fiscal year 2014. Its Odessa, Texas, location was in the top three, and its Abilene, Texas, location was among the best in year-over-year sales growth.

"PastaQuik's high standards, commitment to excellence and guest-first focus are leading to record sales," said Carl Howard, president and CEO. "Fazoli's depends on all of our operators to deliver a great value to our guests through extraordinary service and expertly prepared food, and PastaQuik accomplishes this day in and day out."

Southern Bakeries, which provides Fazoli's breadsticks, earned Supplier of the Year. "Guests love our breadsticks, which differentiate Fazoli's from other brands," said Howard.
