Fazoli's launches kids eat free promo

Fazoli's is giving cash-strapped families a break with the launch of its free kids' meals program on Saturdays and Sundays through August. At participating restaurants, children 12 and under will get a free kid's meal when an adult entree is purchased.
The August kids eat free program celebrates Fazoli's recent recognition by Parents magazine, which ranked Fazoli's fourth on its list of 10 best fast casual family restaurants.
"We have always worked hard to make Fazoli's a special place for families," said Stacy Hettich, Fazoli's brand director. "We are very proud that Parents recognized Fazoli's with this honor, and it makes us want to work even harder to serve families, especially during these difficult economic times."
Fazoli's launched its kids eat free weekends in August, knowing that's when many families will be doing their back to school shopping. Many also will be squeezing in last-minute vacations.
"We understand that families need a financial break, as well as a break from the rush of back-to-school shopping and other late summer activities," Hettich said. "The August kids eat free program is Fazoli's way of saying 'thanks' to families for their patronage."
