Houston-based Fajita Pete's, which operates 10 Texas locations, will open 10 more as part of four new franchisee development agreements.
The chain has executed a four-location deal, as well as a three-location agreement and three single-franchise deals, according to a press release.
The list includes the Noble Restaurant Group, which currently has a Portland location and four additional locations in development. The franchisee's next location, at 2600 Travis St. in Houston, will open in January 2019.
Ft. Bend Fajitas, LLC has expanded its agreement to open three more locations, with the first opening in Katy this week. Franchisees Mike and Amanda Green, who operate a location at 8552 Highway 6 North in Houston, will open an additional location in Cypress.
Franchisees Jeremy Dixon and Jacob Yezak will open College Station's first Fajita Pete's early next year and Jerrell Nelson will open Spring's first store in 2019.
"We are excited to continue our plans to expand our ‘Fresh Fajitas Catered and Delivered' throughout Texas, and we feel very fortunate to have such outstanding franchisees lead the way," said Fajita Pete's founder Pedro "Pete" Mora in the release. "Our dedication to fresh, quality ingredients and to our local communities sets us apart from other restaurant concepts and I'm proud to grow the Fajita Pete's family."
