Everything Yogurt & Salad rolls out new salads

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Villa Enterprises announced the rollout of its three new Signature Salads for its Everything Yogurt & Salad Café and Green Leaf's locations. The company added Cobb, Mediterranean Greek and GreenLeaf's Salads.

According to a news release, a chef was hired from the Culinary Institute of America to create the new menu items. The Cobb and Mediterranean Greek salads were the chef's version of the traditional ones, and the GreenLeaf's salad is a spring mix blend with Grilled Chicken, cranberries, walnuts, Mandarin oranges, featuring a Mandarin orange sesame sauce.

"We are very excited about these new salad additions, as well as the upgrade it brings to our menu," said Adam Torine, vice president of business development for Villa Enterprises. Villa Enterprises operates Villa and Cozzoli's Pizza, and Casa Java as well as Everything Yogurt & Salad Café, Treat Street, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas.
