Einstein Brothers set up at Pearl Harbor

GAITHERSBURG, Md. — Sailors and their families will be saying 'Aloha' to bagels this spring when Sodexho opens an Einstein Brothers on the Navy base at Honolulu's Pearl Harbor— the first Einstein Bros. in Hawaii. Under a newly signed five-year agreement, Sodexho Inc. will renovate an existing cafeteria-style location on the base and operate the new retail store.

Through a licensing agreement signed in 2001, Sodexho operates several Einstein Bros. restaurants in the United States. There are currently 373 company-operated and 61 licensed Einstein Bros. locations in 29 states.
