Donper launches mobile app to train frozen yogurt operators

Donper America has introduced a customer-exclusive Android application that focuses on training and support for soft serve machine operators.

According to a news release, the app includes step-by-step instructions, videos and troubleshooting guides to educate frozen yogurt store operators about their equipment.

"We knew there was a better way to support our customers. For established businesses, training new employees on the soft serve equipment can be an issue, since often times there is no set operating curriculum," Scott Turner, service manager at Donper America, said in the release. "Today, interactive videos and step-by-step presentations help operators to learn and retain more information than they would with a regular text manual."
