Dickey's Barbecue Pit to launch customer satisfaction program

DALLAS — Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants Inc., parent company of the Dickey's Barbecue Pit, has announced the debut of a nationwide customer satisfaction program.
Dickey's underwent a rigorous selection process and selected ZeeProbe to implement the program nationwide.
"ZeeProbe is helping us to implement an online customer satisfaction tracking program brand-wide that will allow franchisees, field and corporate personnel to gain rapid and insightful information from our customers, and convert the insights into increased revenue," said Roland Dickey Jr., president of Dickey's Barbecue Pit.
