Daphne's Greek Cafe unveils new look
July 10, 2007
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Daphne's Greek Cafe July 10 unveiled its new design concept at the opening of its Tustin, Calif., location.
The new restaurant is the first in California to feature the redesigned interior, which incorporates greater use of natural light, inviting booths, warm colors and fabric, as well as a commissioned portrait of Daphne, the Greek goddess of excellence for which the restaurant is named. "Our goal in redesigning the interior space was to maximize guest comfort, adding to the overall enjoyment of the Daphne's dining experience," said Ed Hoban, vice president of development. "By adding in four-person booths, drop lighting, additional artistic elements and warming up the interior, we added that special touch of sophistication that we think our loyal guests will embrace." Currently, the Denver and Boulder, Colo., locations feature the new design concept.
