Crispers restaurants test breakfast

November 28, 2011

Lakeland, Fla.-based Crispers Restaurants has introduced a new breakfast menu at the St. Augustine and Jacksonville-Roosevelt locations. The new Crispers breakfast initiative offers a redefined take on traditional breakfast menus along with remodeled interiors at both locations.

The breakfast experience features a custom-made omelet station with ingredients such as whole eggs, egg whites, pepper bacon, turkey sausage, gruyere cheese, green onions, sautéed shitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers, or spinach. Several signature items highlight the Crispers breakfast menu, including Puff Pastry Sandwiches (Spinach & Leek and Chorizo), Mexicana and Lorraine Quiches, and Grilled Breakfast Sandwiches (Bacon & Egg, Ham, Cheese, & Roasted Red Pepper, and Egg White with Spinach). The breakfast offerings also include Banana or Blueberry Muffin Trumpets, Cheese or Raspberry Danishes, Butter or Chocolate-filled Croissants, Slider Sandwiches, a Strawberry-Yogurt Parfait and Steel Cut Oatmeal.

"We wanted to offer our customers the same level of quality food for breakfast that they have come to expect of the Crispers brand throughout lunch and dinner," said Crispers CEO Ron Fuller. "We endeavor to redefine the breakfast experience for our customers so they can start their day with a great breakfast at Crispers."
