Cowboy Chicken adds Lone Star Grilled Chicken Salad to menu

Cowboy Chicken has announced that it has introduced the new Lone Star Grilled Chicken Salad for summer. The new salad featuresfresh salad greens with ranchero beans, homemade pico de gallo, chopped fresh vegetables and tortilla strips, tossed in a cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette dressing.

The new Lone Star Grilled Chicken Salad adds the spirit of Tex-Mex cuisine to summertime fare, and is available for a limited time for lunch and dinner, take-out, home delivery and catering.

Cowboy Chicken has been cooking all natural chicken over a wood-burning fire since 1981, and the menu also features salads and sandwiches, grilled skinless chicken breast and sides such as seasonal fruit, baked sweet potato, green beans and campfire veggies.
