Corner Bakery launches winter stews

DALLAS — Corner Bakery Café has launched two seasonal winter stews, Old Fashioned Beef Stew and Chicken Wild Mushroom Brie Stew.
The stews are available through the month of February, and can be ordered in a cup, bowl or bread bowl, or as a combination meal with a cup of stew and a side salad. The Old Fashioned Beef Stew is loaded with beef, red potatoes, carrots and pearl onions with classic seasonings in a beefy red wine gravy. The Chicken Wild Mushroom Brie Stew is a blend of chicken, shiitake, button and Portobello mushrooms, pearl onions and red bell peppers in a creamy sauce flavored with sherry and Brie cheese.
