The e-commerce platform provider Compel announced the release of Compel Mobile version 3, combining its consumer e-commerce product, Compel Cart, with its digital POS to allow for consumer remote ordering and on-site self-service ordering.
These products combined allow any consumer-facing food service organization to connect with its consumers and staff through any device, anywhere by opening a web browser on a tablet or mobile phone, a company news release said.
"The true benefits of the system are speed, cost and accessibility," said Compel President Theo Apostoleris. "We have extended our reach to combine and deliver a solution capable of solving many of the myriads of issues facing restaurants today."
