Marijuana-themed sandwich chain Cheba Hut has opened its second location in Wyoming.
First-time owner and Casper resident Allen Jennings is the owner and operator of the shop at 2688 Heathrow Ave., near Fun Valley Park, Susie McMurry Park and Casper Country Club.
"Opening my first Cheba Hut here means a lot," Jennings said in a press release. "Life in Casper is all about community, networking and building relationships with our neighbors. I wanted this shop to feel easy and welcoming — a place where people can slow down, relax and enjoy great food with chill vibes."
The brand's other Wyoming location is in Cheyenne at 3838 Arkin St.
Cheba Hut serves more than 30 toasted subs, including the White Widow (chicken, bacon and ranch), the Kali Mist (turkey, bacon and pepper jack cheese) and the Dank (pepperoni, salami, marinara and mozzarella).
Cheba Hut's menu items do not contain THC or cannabis-derived ingredients, despite its themed menu items. Rather, the offerings are a nod to cannabis culture.
Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, Cheba Hut operates more than 80 locations across 17 states.
