Carrols might have the hottest restaurant stock

The Motley Fool: Since Carrols Restaurant Group's initial public offering hit the market, and the stock price increased $2.20 to $15.20, the company has become quite attractive. Besides being the largest Burger King franchisee, Carrols owns two fast-growing, fast-casual brands: Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana.
