Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is upgrading it’s mobile and online presence, according to a company press release. It recently partnered with Olo, a provider of online and mobile-ordering capabilities for the restaurant industry, to launch a new and improved online ordering experience for customers. Available via web and mobile app at Apple’s App Store, and Google Play, the new platform is accessible to guests nationwide and makes catering and takeout orders a breeze, said Jason Smylie, CMO & CIO at Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop.
It allows guests to order and pay online or via their mobile device, with full native ordering to soon follow. The new functionality will integrate seamlessly into the CAPAddicts Rewards app, adding another layer of real-time engagement and service to customers.
