Canada's It's All GRK to expand with franchise locations

Canada's its All GRK fast casual restaurant has partnered with Fransmart to grow and expand the brand worldwide. Fransmart is the franchise development company behind the growth of brands such as Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Qdoba Mexican Grill, and will serve as the It's All GRK’s exclusive franchise development partner.

"We thought Greek food could use a facelift in Toronto, and we were right — the response from local consumers has been overwhelmingly positive," It's All GRK co-founder Matthew Tsoumaris said in a company press release. "We are confident that food markets the world over are ready to experience the kind of authentic fresh fast casual Greek food that we offer at It’s All GRK, and we are excited to sell franchises throughout Canada and the U.S., as well as select international markets."

It’s All GRK has three locations in Toronto. It offers traditional Greek menu items such as gyros, pitas, salads, sides and Greek platter-style "piatos." The restaurant also uses locally sourced meats and toppings and sides items such as red onion, rice, feta and tzatziki. The menu features hormone-free, fresh-never-frozen meats, house-made dips and salad combinations. Each location's open kitchen allows customers to see their meal being prepared.

It’s All GRK opened in 2013 in Toronto by three friends who decided that they could significantly improve upon the shape of Toronto’s Greek food scene, according to a company press release.
