Camille's Sidewalk Café launches smoothie line

Beautiful Brands International has announced the immediate roll out of its new menu of non-fat yogurt blends as well as a lineup of smoothie health enhancers, including Whey Protein, Anti-oxidant, Fat Burner and Fiber Fuel, to all Camille’s franchises nationwide.

“Our new smoothie menu really adds completely new delicious options for our health conscious guests and those who want to mix things up a little,” said David Rutkauskas, Beautiful Brands founder and CEO. “Based on initial test responses, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in our sales of smoothies as well as overall sales, indicating a menu innovation that not only offers delicious new no-fat yogurt flavors, but great health choices that our customers love.”

Camille’s new smoothie menu includes a fresh and creative lineup of non-fat smoothie blends, priced at $4.69 for 20 oz, such as Strawberry Tweet, a blend of strawberries, banana and yogurt; Peanut Butter Treat, a mix of strawberries, banana, peanut butter and yogurt; and Choco Peel, a creation made with chocolate, peanut butter, banana and yogurt.

Other new exotic flavors include Island Time, a tropical smoothie with mango, peach, banana, orange juice and yogurt; Get Going, made with coffee, chocolate, banana and yogurt; My Oasis, blended from pineapple, coconut, mango, orange juice and yogurt; and Blueberry Pie, a blend of blueberries, strawberries, banana and yogurt.

“We’re really making a statement at Camille’s about the health choices we offer our consumers,” said Rutkauskas. “What we see in the market is a product need that fits the ‘on the go’ lifestyle of guests looking for a way to get powerful nutrients as well as delicious flavors.”
