California Tortilla to celebrate National Pop-Tart Day

ROCKVILLE, Md. — California Tortilla is celebrating the 13th Annual Pop-Tart Day. On July 18, all customers will receive a free Kellogg's Pop-Tart.
The giveaway will be available at all 27 California Tortilla locations across the mid-Atlantic region while supplies last. Pop-Tart flavors may vary at each location.
"We consider Pop-Tart Day the Babe Ruth of our promotional calendar," said Bob Phillips, president of California Tortilla. "It's our longest-running giveaway and epitomizes the fun, customer-oriented atmosphere we strive for at California Tortilla."
New interactive promotions, such as the recent Rock, Paper, Scissors Day, have been hugely successful for the chain, but Pop-Tart Day remains the gold standard, according to the company.
