Boston Market relying on technology to recruit employees

Boston Market is going high-tech when it comes to hiring employees for its 476 locations. Its using software from PeopleAnswers to help identify and select all field employees, Gabriel Goncalves, CEO and president, PeopleAnswers, said in a company press release.

"As a proven technology used across the restaurant industry, PeopleAnswers will help Boston Market select employees who will support company growth," he said.

To help Boston Market meet its objectives, PeopleAnswers completed the implementation for all of its restaurants in a short timeframe. Managers will also use PeopleAnswers as a guide for candidate interview questions as well as employee development and succession planning.

"The experiences our guests have with our employees can make the difference between a one-time customer and a long-time customer," said J. Randal Miller, chief administrative officer and general counsel, Boston Market. "We are working with PeopleAnswers to help locate and hire employees that will best represent our brand and allow us to maintain our position as a leader in the fast casual restaurant industry."
