Bombay Bowl selects Envysion's Video as a Service solution

Envysion Inc., a provider of Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS), has announced that Bombay Bowl has selected Envysion's Insight managed video solution to help drive improvement in both the company's operations and customer experience.

"Envysion Insight provides our organization unparalleled visibility into our operations and the customer experience," Amar Singh, president and CEO of Bombay Bowl, said in a news release. "The application allows me to remotely monitor our organization's operational procedures and observe the customer experience as if I were standing in the store watching it unfold. We have incorporated Envysion's service into our everyday management processes and use their exception based reports and alerts to identify areas that require attention."

With Envysion's managed video service, an operator can view live and recorded video through a web interface and receive an unfiltered view of actual operations and the customer experience. Envysion connects video to the point-of-sale and creates actionable reports and alerts that enable a store manager to reduce exceptions, such as employee theft.
