John Pepper, the CEO of Boston-based Boloco, has been featured in Forbes for his use of social media and its impact on the chain.
Pepper was an early adopter of social media and has used it to interact with restaurant goers in response to their experiences at the restaurants. He said in Forbes that he uses social media "primarilyas a tool to continue an ongoing dialogue with our fans (and foes) outside of the four walls of our restaurants."
