Bear Rock introduces organic bread

CARY, N.C. — Bear Rock Café announced the launch of a new organic artisan bread.
"An organic bread was a natural evolution for our brand," said Deneen Nethercutt, vice president of marketing. "More and more consumers are interested in feedingtheir bodies with more natural items when possible."
According to a news release, the new bread is made with organic flour, all-natural ingredients and no preservatives. Bear Rock Cafe is a fast-casual restaurant with an upscale mountain lodge atmosphere.
