Back Of The House created to target San Fran neighborhoods

Adriano Paganini has announced the launch of Back of the House Restaurant Group, which is now housing his eight concepts, including his fast casual brand, Super Duper Burgers. His first brand, Beretta, opened in 2008, and he has since created seven other concepts operating in 18 locations with 900 employees. 

Back of The House plans to create three new concepts, in the south and east bays of California, by the end of 2016, according to a company press release, which also said that  Paganini is focused on the culture of the neighborhoods in which he plans to launch.

"We start with their passion and take into account the neighborhood to create a place that we ourselves want to frequent," he said.

The group has increased annual sales by 30 percent each year. Current restaurants include Bereta, Belga, Delarosa, El Techo, Lolinda, Starbelly, Super Duper Burgers and Uno Dos Tacos.
