Schlotzsky's brings back Angus offerings

Three Angus roast beef sandwiches find their way back onto the menu.

Schlotzsky's restaurants are reintroducing three Angus Round Up sandwiches in response to popular demand. The sandwiches will be available now through Nov. 15 at participating locations.

The featured sandwiches include:

Bacon Beefy SmokeCheezy:Featuring lean shaved Angus roast beef, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy, tasty bacon and zesty chipotle mayonnaise nestled between two warm Schlotzsky's signature Fresh-from-Scratch sourdough buns.
French Dipsky:Featuring Angus roast beef, melted mozzarella cheese and a side of savory au jus, served on toasted sourdough buns.
Chipotle Guaca-Beefsky: Featuring a generous portion of thinly sliced Angus roast beef, pepper-jack cheese, guacamole, chipotle pesto sauce and fresh lettuce, tomato and onion on our JalapeÃ±o cheese buns.

The Beefy SmokeCheezy and the French Dipsky were first launched in March 2007.

The relaunch also comes at a time when an abundance of Angus beef products also are appearing on quick-serve menus.
